Star of Mysore - Vintage Beauties come to city from Bangalore

A group of 20 members from Karnataka Vintage and Classic Car Club, Bengaluru, drove into the Royal Orchid Brindavan Gardens Hotel at Krishna Raja Sagar (KRS) reservoir yesterday with their vintage beauties for a get together.

The Hindu - A joy ride from a different era

Classic cars and scooters from another era put “joy” in the ‘joy ride in a vintage car rally’ organised from Forum Mall, Koramangala, here on Sunday. Around 30 vintage cars and an equal number of vintage scooters participated in the rally organised by Forum Mall, in association with the Karnataka Vintage Classic Car Club (KVCCC) and Bangalore Classic Scooter Club.

ABOUT US

The Karnataka Vintage and Classic Car Club (KVCCC) was formed in 1979. This was a brainchild of a few friends driven by Shri Anand Rao and Shri Balram Kandige. Joining them was Shri Premanth P S, Shri Prithvinath K G, Shri Nataraj Shetty, Shri Anil Kumar Lakhani, Shri Ganesh Rao and others. The primary object of the Club was to "Promote and encourage collection, preservation and use of vintage cars in India". The Club remains one of the oldest and premier vintage and classic car clubs in the country.
